This Villa rental Spain features  three bedrooms, built at the beachfront of a wonderful sandy and peaceful cove between Villaricos and San Juan de los Terreros, unspoiled corner of the Costa de Almeria.

The cosy lounge and dining area boast French doors, thus providing views to the Mediterranean sea even from the comfortable sofa. In the garden, there is a small pool, patio and a small path to access the beach.

The villa has two floors. The Ground floor features a spacious living and dinning room, two twin bedroom, one with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC and of course, a washing machine outside. On the first floor, one will find the master en suite bedroom with sea views, terrace and sun loungers and bathroom.

There is also a large parking space infront of the house.

All in all the villa provides everything to make the guests feel at home.

It is a quite and peaceful property and yet, the idylic town San Juan de los Terrenos is at 5 km drive, with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. 

What to do

A car is highly recommended! Visit the many towns and villages in the Region or the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Almeria Province won't leave you indifferent!
